This way I don’t over work myself in the first week and give up. On days I don’t work out I rest or do strength training and stretches. Strength Training sessions last from 30 minutes to an hour.
My goal with this work out is to build endurance. This pace I think is good for me because I am not a runner. If you have experience running feel free to up the scale perhaps by starting at 5 minutes of jogging.
If you’ve run before what’s your workout like? What do you find helpful? I would really appreciate any tips and trick of the trade.
